The Conditional Tense:

The Conditional Tense in Spanish is conjugated in much the same way as the Future Tense. That is, you start with the entire infinitive and add a prescribed set of endings for all but twelve verbs. These twelve verbs are the same twelve verbs that were the exception to the Future Tense. Here is what the Conditional Tense looks like:

Hablar: hablaría - hablaría - hablaríamos - hablarían

Comer: comería - comería - comeríamos - comerían

Vivir: viviría - viviría - viviríamos - viviríamos

Give the “nosotros” form of the Conditional Tense for the following verbs. The answers are at the bottom.

1 . bailar
2 . estar
3 . ser
4 . caber
5 . hacer
6 . decir
7 . conocer
8 . poder
9 . poner
10 . querer
